If a provider, workflow, watermarking, or storage error prevents a preview from completing, eligible credits are automatically refunded to the account credit ledger.

Credits are designed to be predictable. Generation infrastructure failures should not cost users credits.
If a provider, workflow, watermarking, or storage error prevents a preview from completing, eligible credits are automatically refunded to the account credit ledger.
Credits used for completed AI previews are generally final because each request consumes provider capacity. Visual taste, style preference, or renovation decisions outside the app are not automatic refund reasons.
If Creem or our webhook handling records a duplicate payment, wrong product, or missing credit grant, contact support with the account email and payment reference so we can reconcile or refund the affected payment.
Monthly subscription credits reset each billing period. Credit pack purchases are reviewed case by case when unused or affected by a billing error.
